Return & exchange policies ~
Satisfaction is my goal.
I stand behind my jewelry. It's made to last and be enjoyed.
(That said there are pieces that are very delicate and they should be treated so.)
If for some reason you find that your piece has a fault in it, please return it asap. I
can tell from the problem if it is a manufacturing error on my part. If this is the
case, I will repair it for free. If you break a piece I will repair it for a small fee.
Repair fees primarily cover the cost of the repair supplies and shipping and are
nominal. I am always happy to do repairs on any of my pieces. Should there be
any charges, they will be discussed before proceeding with the repair. (See
shipping instructions below.)
Not what you ordered:
If you have received a piece other than you ordered, please convo me and return it
immediately in exchange for the correct piece. (See shipping instructions
below.) Your shipping will be reimbursed for this type of return.
Custom orders:
Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a mistake on my part. ie.
spelling error or incorrect phone number on tags. Please check your piece as
soon as it arrives to make sure it is correct. Please notify me immediately,
within 2 weeks, and arrangements can be made for return and replacement, if
your order has an error. (See shipping instructions below.) Your shipping will be
reimbursed for this type of return.
All other returns:
Any other returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please check
your piece as soon as you receive it. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. You
are responsible for return shipping. You will receive store credit, good for 1 year
on accepted/received returns. Good at crawsister.etsy.com. (See shipping
instructions below.) Delivery times are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be
given on merchandise taking longer than 3 weeks to arrive.
Shipping:
Shipping, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of orders. Please let me know if you
are ordering your piece for a specific date, as I cannot know how long the post
office will take at times. Although they generally are pretty good at delivering
between 3-5 days for first class mail. I cannot be held responsible for their
delays. If you DO need something by a specific time please arrange for a
different delivery method, and I will adjust postal charge to allow for this. In
example: overnight, priority, etc. Please let me know which you would like.
